Be willing to care for others as you would want to be cared for on a Trek. A plus is being bilingual, but not a necessity. At present, Baja Trek is seeking individuals to work as office personnel and Trek compadres/drivers. You can expect above average compensation, free travel anywhere Baja Trek goes and the time off to get there. You don't need professional experience; just a willingness to learn.
